*Before you can begin the returns process, you will need to activate returns on your PayPal account. Click here, to activate.
1) Return your item via the post office / courier to WDEnterprises. (You will need to follow WDEnterprises' return instructions as directed by the 'Company Policies - Return & Refund Policy' which can be found here.)
2) Submit a 'Refund Request' via PayPal, by clicking here.
- Alternatively log in to your PayPal account, select the purchase you returned and click on 'Request return shipping refund'. Submit the return shipping request form, along with proof of your return within 30 days.
*3) All done! You will receive your refund of up to £15.00 within 10 business days, providing your claim is approved by PayPal.*
You are eligible for a FREE Return via PayPal as long as you purchased your product / services from WDEnterprises via your PayPal account. & You permanently reside in one of the following countries ;
UK. Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan and USA.
You will only be eligible for a returns reimbursement providing you request the refund via PayPal within 30 days from posting your return to WDEnterprises.

As advised at time of order or as displayed on our website, online stores and on your delivery note / invoice all orders are subject to 'Company Policies'
It is your responsibility (the purchasing customer) to arrange return & refund directly with WDEnterprises BEFORE returning your item(s) & requesting the return reimbursement from PayPal.
